ORDER CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order at any time right up until it is shipped. Canceled orders are refunded. If your order has already shipped we will process it as a return.
RETURNS

- All paperback books may be returned for a full refund to the payment method used within 30 days of purchase.
- All eBooks and audiobooks may be returned for a full refund to the payment method used within 14 days of purchase.
- All non-book merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
- We will replace any products that arrive damaged. Please include a picture of the damage for our records in your message to [email protected].
REFUNDS
Refunds are made to the payment method that was charged. Approved refunds are credited within 1-2 business days, however, depending on your financial institution, they may take longer to appear on your statement.
